In this video, Alistair gives you some ideas for how you can approach your experience at 1st Conference (or at any learning event), to get the most out of the experience. For those of you more inclined to read than watch, I've summarised what he had to say in text below the video for you.

In this video (5 of 6), Alistair suggests a practical exercise to help you start improving collaboration within your organisation.

In this edition (number 4 of 6) - Alistair simplifies the idea of Organisational Agility in a way that clearly articulates what it means, and then steps you through how each of the Heart of Agile quadrants can be used as markers to take you there. It's an incredible way to explain something, and really worth spending the time to watch and digest. It's my favourite part of the entire interview.

In this video, Alistair talks about the four words of the "Heart of Agile", and explains why they sit at the core of agility, and as an overlay for organisations to ensure they're finding the right balance to empower their people.

As you probably know, Alistair Cockburn is an original signatory to the Agile Manifesto. He is also the creator of the "Heart of Agile" framework, his take on "scraping away…decorations" that have built up on top of the basic principles of agility. You probably also know that he likes coming to Australia, and we have been lucky enough to have him here several times, although unfortunately he can't be at 1st in 2018.

We thought it would be interesting to find out a few things about Alistair that are a bit less well known, in the short video (3:30min) that's a part of this post.
